Who we are
PassReplay is a product of ClearSystems IQ Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17374229), Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C Aldow Enterprise Park, Blackett Street, Manchester, M12 6AE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO reg. no. CSN4955138). Contact: hello@clearsystemsiq.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Where you came from, such as a link label or the website that sent you, so we know which videos and posts work.
- A scrambled code made from your IP address (a salted one-way hash, not the address itself), used only to block spam sign-ups.
- The time you signed up, which decides your place in the queue for the free Pro months.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and this site doesn’t track you across other websites.
Why we use it
To keep your place on the waitlist, send you your free Pro month if you’re in the first 250, and email you about PassReplay’s launch and updates. You asked for this by joining, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else handles it
The site and waitlist run on Cloudflare (hosting and database). When we start sending emails we’ll use a reputable email provider and list it here. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until PassReplay launches and for 12 months after, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop emails, by writing to hello@clearsystemsiq.co.uk. We’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
